Success in raising capital for venture funds is of paramount importance in the current environment. The world of venture fund raising has been severely altered by the downturn in technology spending of the last couple years. With current financing activity increasing and the slow return of liquidity events, new funds are being raised successfully. Our panel will look at the current fundraising environment from the perspectives of all parties involved: the VC general partner, the legal partner, the accounting partner, and the investor.
