The
Challenge:
Portfolio Company Board of Directors Best Practices in Changing
Times
This program will help members of
the Boards of portfolio companies identify and deal with some of
the unique and troubling conflicts that VC and CEO board members
are facing, whether your portfolio company is healthy or struggling.
The Challenge
The entrepreneur/founder has successfully envisioned a new idea,
convinced others to go on the journey to launch the enterprise and
found a source for the capital needed to get it going. Now the challenge
is to build the necessary ingredients the management team and organization
structure to execute and deliver results. Too often the emphasis
of a startup is on building the product rather than the company.
