This program is designed for both CEOs and CFOs. The workshop introduces staffing concerns leading to when to introduce a CFO to a start-up company. The challenges and alternatives to delivering the responsibilities of this critical position become the center point of the workshop. Finance, Administration, and Governance (including Sarbanes Oxley) related processes as well as staffing, outsourcing, intellectual property, ancillary responsibilities and the alternatives to deliver them complete the discussion. When is the right time, how to manage your CFO? Each panelist will describe their distinct opinion as to the role required by the CFO in a start-up company, and when they feel is the proper time to bring in a CFO.
