Initial Funding and Recapitalization: The first 90 days ———————————————————————————————

We will explore the objectives to be accomplished following a Series A financing round and a recapitalization round, with viewpoints from the perspective of management and of venture investors. The panel members will discuss not only their views on the milestones to be achieved after these critical financing events, but also what needs to be understood among all the constituent parties before the closing in order to get on the critical path in the first place.
