Register Here
Topics: Three sessions on Exit Strategies. We start with an overview that discusses pro's and con's of different exit strategies and common issues for any exit strategy. The second session addresses the most common exit strategy, the merger or acquisition (M&A) alternative and the final session addresses going public. An emphasis will be placed on issues, timing and processes that effect getting full liquidity.
