Master Series: Exit Strategies

Topics:
Three sessions on Exit Strategies. We start with an overview that discusses pro's and con's of different exit strategies and common issues for any exit strategy. The second session addresses the most common exit strategy, the merger or acquisition (M&A) alternative and the final session addresses going public. An emphasis will be placed on issues, timing and processes that effect getting full liquidity.

Format:
This will be a fast-paced morning designed to present 90% of the information and issues one needs to consider in selecting and preparing for an exit in 10% of the time. Each session will consist of industry experts and a moderator who will lead the panel discussion. The audience will be able to ask questions during each session.

Session Overview:
Panelists will present alternative strategies for liquidity and exits for small to mid-sized, venture-backed technology companies as well as execution of strategy. This Session will frame the issue as to which alternative is best for each company. Attendees should understand the trade-offs for different exit alternatives, common issues for any exit as well as risk, rewards and costs for the different exit alternatives.
